An exciting opportunity exists in our growing team for a dedicated and skilled Client Service Associate to work in our office based in Hawthorn.
Working closely with a Director and Principal Adviser, you will be exposed to:

The Role
Your responsibilities will include:
Working with the principal adviser to understand the clients' goals and objectives, and implement strategies which align with these
Preparation of client review meeting packs
Preparation and implementation of investment review documentation
Liaison with clients and their professional partners as required




Ensuring all advice documents are in line with the compliance requirements of the business and legislation
Completing assigned tasks within the financial planning team in a timely manner
Proactive input into the continuous improvement of our advice and client servicing systems, processes and procedures
Other ad hoc general administrative tasks
Skills and Experience
The suitable candidate will have the following:
High level of proficiency across the Microsoft Office suite and Xplan
Ability to prioritise workload and display organisational skills managing multiple tasks
Deliver an exceptional customer service experience
Be proactive and driven to succeed
