Physio Professionals is seeking anexperienced and confident Physiotherapistto join our established private practice team, working***** hours per week across 3–4 weekdays.
This role is ideally structured astwo days in Caloundra and two days in Buderim, offering variety, consistency, and a great work–life balance on the Sunshine Coast.
If you enjoy delivering excellent clinical care, value professional standards, and want to work in a supportive environmentwithout weekends or late nights, this could be an ideal fit.
About the Role
You will work with a loyal and diverse patient base in contemporary, well-equipped clinics with strong administrative support.
Your responsibilities will include:
Assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of a broad range of musculoskeletal conditions
Developing and delivering tailored, evidence-based treatment plans
Hands-on physiotherapy, exercise prescription, and rehabilitation programs
Small group rehab or exercise sessions where appropriate
Collaborating with experienced clinicians to optimise patient outcomes
Maintaining clear, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation
About You
We're looking for a physiotherapist who is confident in private practice and values high standards of care.
You will have:




Current AHPRA registrationand full working rights in Australia
A Bachelor or Master of Physiotherapy (or equivalent)
Solid private practice experience and strong clinical reasoning skills
Confidence managing your own caseload
Excellent communication and rapport-building skills
A professional, patient-focused approach to care
