ABOUT THE ROLE
We are currently seeking an experienced and drivenSenior Project Managerto lead multiple refurbishment and redevelopment projects across aged care and retirement living facilities.
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering refurbishment projects safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
You will coordinate subcontractors and trades, manage site resources, and maintain strong communication with internal stakeholders and clients.
A key focus of this position is working within live environments, requiring a high level of professionalism, planning, and sensitivity to the needs of residents and operational staff.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and manage refurbishment projects from inception to completion.
Oversee project resources, budgets, and timelines to ensure successful delivery.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.




Maintain strong client relationships and provide regular project updates.
Supervise and coordinate site supervisors, tradespeople, and subcontractors.
Prepare project quotes using estimating software such as Cubit.
Create and manage project plans using MS Project.
Review project scope, schedule deliverables, and estimate costs.
Manage all onsite and offsite construction activities, ensuring compliance with building and safety regulations.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships, identifying and securing future work opportunities.
Lead and motivate project teams, including supervisors and subcontractors, ensuring effective programme management.
Manage project schedules, financials, risks, and work health and safety (WHS) on-site.
REQUIREMENTS
Degree or Diploma in Construction Project Management.
Experience inrefurbishment projects, particularly inaged care and retirement living.
Proficiency inMS Projectand estimating tools likeCubit.
Strong ability to prepare and manage quotes for current work.
Background as atradespersonor possession of abuilder's licence(preferred).
Proficiency in using MS Projects, Pronto, Procore, Rapid Induct, Cubit, SharePoint software for job management.
Valid driver's license and valid working rights in Australia
Ability to obtain police clearance
Covid vaccinated and willing to get flu vaccination annually
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Valid Australian work rights
Valid driver's licence
Fully COVID-19 vaccinated
Willingness to receive annual flu vaccinations
Ability to obtain a Police Clearance, WWAC, and WWCC
Construction White Card
