DAY TO DAY
Conduct market research on property pricing, growth, and rental returns
Inspect and evaluate properties to determine suitability for client requirements
Access and secure off-market opportunities through strong agent relationships and networking
Analyse RP Data, Pricefinder, and recent comparable sales aligned with client briefs




Attend industry events to build and maintain a strong network of selling agents and industry professionals
Assist in identifying content opportunities including off-market deals, success stories, and market trends
PERKS
Base salary with no DR/CR
Commission structure to be discussed directly based
Commission varies depending on whether the lead is company-generated or self-generated
Minimum 2 clients per month signed up and provided by the agency (approx. $25,000 fee)
Additional per month bonuses based on KPI performance
THE PERSON
5+ years of experience as a Sales Associate or Sales Agent in the Sydney Real Estate Market.
Strong Market knowledge of your key areas.
Strong understanding of the Sydney residential property market
Ready to work your ass off.
Determined to succeed but hasn't found the traction as an Agent.
No Ego
Current role created due to business growth
Monday to Saturday, with one day off during the week
Saturdays include attending auctions, bidding, and property inspections
