Theatre Content & Campaigns Administrator
We are looking for a highly organised, creative and data-drivenContent and Campaigns Administrator to support the delivery ofexciting live entertainment experiences.

Reporting to the Digital Campaigns & Performance Executive, thisrole is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing administration withcreative marketing execution.
You will play a key role incoordinating campaigns, developing content, managing communicationsand supporting the successful promotion of a diverse program ofperformances, events and venue activities.
Working closely with internal stakeholders, media agencies,ticketing and creative partners, you will help coordinate marketingcampaigns from planning through to execution.
Using audienceinsights and CRM data, you will support targeted communicationsthat drive ticket sales, audience engagement and membershipgrowth.
This is a varied role combining project coordination, contentmanagement, campaign administration and digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the planning and delivery of integrated marketingcampaigns for theatre productions, events, and venueinitiatives.
Prepare draft campaign schedules, timelines and marketingcalendars.
Assist with campaign reporting and post campaignevaluations.
Maintain budgets and expenditure tracking.
Coordinate member and customer communications through CRM andemail marketing platforms.
Develop targeted audience communications using customersegmentation and database insights.
Work closely with the ticketing manager to maintain customerdatabase integrity and audience lists.




Develop and maintain a digital asset library for everyproduction and event.
Write creative briefs for minor branded marketingmaterials.
Proofread marketing collateral to ensure brand consistency andaccuracy.
Manage social media channels and social media contentcalendar.
Coordinate marketing materials for venue hirers and externalpromoters.
About You
You will be an organised marketing professional who enjoyscoordinating multiple projects while maintain exceptional attentionto detail.
You will bring strong administration skills alongsidecreativity, initiative, and a passion for live entertainment.
Skills & Experience
Tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing or relevantdiscipline and minimum five years event and marketing experience -theatre experience ideal.
Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritisetasks.
Ability to effectively communicate with a wide range ofstakeholders, suppliers and commercial partners.
Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively as partof a team.
Ability to solve problems proactively with a high level ofattention to detail and within given timeframes.
Experience in the events and/or venue industry withdemonstrated knowledge of the Australian entertainment industrylandscape.
Experience in social media content creation, scheduling andtrends.
Experience in entertainment and event marketing campaigns,media planning and media-buying.
Data-driven mindset with analytical capability.
