Estia Health is seeking a Quality Business Partner to act as a trusted adviser to home leaders, help identify and mitigate risks, and drive continuous improvement in quality and clinical practices across multiple homes.
Reporting to the Head of Quality and Clinical Development, you will monitor quality outcomes, support regulatory compliance, and embed best practice quality management systems across the business.
Interstate travel is required occasionally.
