CHU Restaurant by China Dolldelivers a refinedPan-Asian dining experience, combining modern techniques withChinese, Japanese, Hong Kong and Southeast Asian flavours.
As part of our kitchen team, you'll help deliver high-qualitydishes with consistency, care and pride.

You're passionate about great food, confident in a busy kitchenand experienced in Thai and/or Asian cuisine.
You enjoy working aspart of a team, take pride in your craft and can adapt across avariety of shifts.
Proven experience in Thai and/or Asian cuisine
Wok experience and knowledge of traditional cookingtechniques
Ability to work under pressure in a high-volume kitchen
Strong attention to detail and consistency
Great teamwork and communication skills
Availability across 7 days, including nights, weekends andpublic holidays
Full Australian working rights
Knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards
