Miller Apartments is a 4.5 star hotel located in the heart of Adelaide's CBD. The hotel offers one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments including all the luxuries of a hotel stay. Miller Apartments is now seeking an enthusiastic Guest Services Agent to join our guest focused team.

Applicants will need to possess the following to be successful:
Full availability across a 7 day roster including public holidays (penalty rates apply)
Exceptional customer service with a guest centric attitude
Ability to work well under pressure and problem solve
Willingness to learn current skills and to continually improve
Reliability and honesty with the ability to work independently
High Level of computer literacy (knowledge of hotel property management systems will be an advantage)




A positive /"can do/" attitude
Excellent standard of grooming & personal presentation
Solid communication skills including confident phone manner

Responsibilities include:
Catering to guest requests and solving guest issues
Daily Check in's/out's
Taking and entering reservations
Auditing and balancing daily transactions
Attention to detail for both work and presentation of the property
Compilation of daily statistical information

Previous experience using RMS will be looked upon favourably but is not essential.
