Business Development Manager – QLD | Renewable Energy & Battery Storage

Our client is one of Australia's leading battery energy storage manufacturers, and they're growing.

We're looking for a driven Business Development Manager to own the Queensland territory and build it into something bigger.

This is a hands-on role. You'll manage and grow relationships with distribution partners across QLD, get in front of installers and end customers, and drive real demand for a product range that spans residential through to C&I; (up to 2MW, on-grid and off-grid).

What you'll be doing
Building and growing distribution partner relationships across QLD
Meeting installers and distributors face to face to drive channel demand
Developing direct relationships with end customers where relevant
Generating leads, running client meetings, and preparing proposals and quotes
Representing the business at industry events




Keeping a pulse on market trends and competitor activity
Feeding sales and market insights back to the business

What we're looking for
Sales or BD experience within the energy industry
Someone who's happy working autonomously and owns their territory
A relationship builder who wants to be in front of customers, not just on the phone
Robust communication and presentation skills
Proactive, organised, and self-motivated
