Mansae Burwood in Victoria is seeking an experienced Sous Chef and Chef (all levels) to join our growing team in a premium Korean cuisine venue.
This full-time role requires hands-on leadership in a quick-paced kitchen.
You will direct food preparation, oversee cooking and plating, ensure food safety and hygiene, train juniors, and work flexible hours including weekends on a 7-day roster.
Strong knife skills and Korean cuisine experience are desirable; minimum two years relevant experience
