Manage a modest sized portfolio of commercial properties all within the Mornington Peninsula
Coordinate maintenance and repairs ensuring compliance with legislation
Conduct property inspections
Arrears management and rent increases
Liaising and maintaining robust relationships with landlords & tenants

What we are looking for...
A minimum of 12 months experience in commercial property management
Current Victorian real estate licence
Knowledge of the Retail Leases Act
Strong organisation & time management
A strong and efficient communicator
Professional personal presentation
