About the Role
This is a hands-on engineering role based full-time at our Mansfield facility.
You will coordinate engineering projects alongside partners from concept through to production and revision, working closely with manufacturing partners in India and Sweden to ensure designs are practical, manufacturable and delivered to the required quality standards.
Occasional international travel will be required to support project implementation, production reviews and collaboration with our overseas partners.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate engineering projects with manufacturing partners in India and Sweden.
Manage the implementation of new products and engineering changes.
Work closely with production to ensure designs are practical and manufacturable.
Develop and improve internal engineering documentation, drawings and production standards.




Liaise with suppliers to source and evaluate components.
Assist with continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing and design.
Support quality investigations and engineering problem solving.
Maintain regular communication with international engineering teams to ensure projects remain on schedule.
Support wider engineering team with local projects as required.
About You
You are an organised engineer who enjoys working with people as much as solving technical problems.
You will ideally have:
Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
Experience within vacuum equipment, transport equipment or heavy engineering.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
A practical, solutions-focused approach.
Willingness to travel internationally from time to time.
Australian working rights.
Experience working with overseas manufacturers or suppliers would be highly regarded but is not essential.
