This is the perfect time for a self-motivated and highly organised Property LegalAssistant to join the Property & Developments team at thiswell-established and highly regarded mid tier law firm.
About the role
In this role you will useyourtop secretarial skills and property expertisein a busy role providing secretarial and administrative support to a Partner and Lawyers covering all aspects of Commercial Property Developments.
Duties
Your varied day will include, but not be limited to:
diary management and arranging appointments
dictaphone typing
file management including opening and closing files
producing and amending legal documents
drafting own correspondence
time recording and end of month billing
screening telephone calls and liaising with clients
Skills and experience




With a proven background as a Property and/or Developments LegalAssistant you will also have:
excellent time management skills
robust MS Word/ typing skills
high attention to detail
ability to work to deadlines
a bright personality with a 'good sense of humour'
