Job Description
McPhails Furniture are seeking a dynamic Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our retail and online growth strategy, drive customer engagement, and strengthen our brand presence in Wangaratta, VIC and across Australia.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase revenue and market share.
Lead promotional campaigns across digital, social media, and traditional channels.
Oversee online sales growth and customer engagement through the McPhails website.
Manage retail showroom promotions, merchandising, and customer experience.
Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer insights to inform strategy.
Build and maintain robust relationships with suppliers, partners, and stakeholders.
Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve performance targets.




Skills & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
Minimum 5 years' experience in sales and marketing management.
Proven track record in retail or e-commerce growth.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical abilities.
Experience with digital marketing platforms and CRM systems.
Ability to develop innovative campaigns aligned with brand values.
Salary range is $75,000-$90,000pa commensurate with experience
