As theMaintenance Assistant, your responsibilities will include:
Carrying out routine maintenance across the boatyard, hardstand and site facilities.
Completing general repairs to buildings, equipment and infrastructure.
Assisting with basic plumbing, mechanical and maintenance tasks where required.
Keeping the site clean, organised and well presented for customers and staff.
Assisting with waste management, including used oil and other regulated waste.
Monitoring trade waste systems and reporting any issues.
Organising and maintaining tools, equipment and storage areas.
Liaising with contractors and service providers as directed.
Assisting the Technical Services Manager and Operations Team with maintenance and operational tasks.
Helping maintain a protected workplace by following company procedures and identifying maintenance issues.
Undertaking other duties as required to support the efficient operation of the business, including installation of anodes to marine vessels.
