The Opportunity
As a Digital Automation Consultant, you will design and deliver end-to-end workflow and automation solutions for our customers.
Working closely with our Sales and Pre-Sales teams delivery, you will lead discovery, define solution architectures, and implement scalable digital solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Lead discovery workshops to identify and shape automation opportunities
Design and deliver end-to-end digital automation solutions, from requirements through to implementation and BAU handover
Conduct implementations, configuration, training, and commissioning, with a focus on remote delivery capability where possible
Manage professional services delivery, including utilisation and billing for consulting services
Develop solution architectures,



Statements of Work, and cost estimates
Support pre-sales activities, including RFx responses, client presentations, and solution demonstrations
Deliver implementations, configuration, training, and commissioning of solutions
Build strong, trusted relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
To be successful in this role:
Skills & Experience
We are seeking experience across the following technologies and capabilities:
Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages)
SharePoint migrations and optimisation
Electroneek (RPA)
Experience in Intelligent Capture Solutions (ABBYY FlexiCapture or similar is preferred)
You will also demonstrate:
Experience delivering end-to-end automation and workflow solutions
Strong capability in requirements gathering, solution design, and implementation
Exposure to pre-sales activities including demonstrations and solutioning
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
