About you:
Proven experience in team leadership,



operations management, or project management in roofing.
Experience in broader construction will be considered, but a strong understanding of roofing projects is a must
Ability to lead a business unit, ensuring it's complete long term success
Passionate about people, team performance, and staff development
Ability to manage schedules and day-to-day operations, with strong planning and problem solving skills
Familiarity of safety regulations and compliance standards, and how to implement
Strong leadership, supporting our team of skilled technicians to complete projects efficiently and to a high standard
Ability to manage a broad mix of different stakeholders
Responsibilities include:
Lead and develop the Victorian Operations team
Manage day-to-day and future planned operations of the team
Support the team to deliver high quality work that meets client expectations
Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe work environment
Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations
Collaborate with the Sales team to ensure client needs are met
Manage subcontractors when needed
Work with broader Roof & Building Service team
Identify training needs and opportunities for project team members
Provide ongoing support and mentorship to foster professional growth
Encourage a culture of continuous learning within the project team
