As our firm continues to grow, we're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable Officer to become an integral part of our finance team.

What You'll Be Doing
In this varied and rewarding role, you'll be responsible for:
Managing the firm's Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable functions
Processing supplier invoices and preparing payment runs
Issuing client invoices and monitoring outstanding accounts
Following up overdue accounts and working with clients to establish payment arrangements where required
Completing bank reconciliations and allocating daily receipts
Maintaining accurate financial and client records
Assisting with debtor management and credit control
Preparing and lodging Business Activity Statements (BAS)
Liaising professionally with clients, suppliers and our internal team




Providing general finance and administrative support as required
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
Experienced in Accounts Receivable and/or Accounts Payable
Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
Confident using accounting software, withXero experience highly regarded
Comfortable communicating professionally with clients by phone and email
Able to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines
A proactive problem-solver who enjoys taking ownership of their work
Reliable, positive and committed to delivering excellent service
Experienced within an accounting practice (preferred but not essential)
