We are advertising on behalf of our client "Quest Dubbo" Location: Dubbo NSW **** Salary: $79,000~$82,000 + Super Our Client, Quest Dubbo is looking for a Full Time "Hospitality, Retail and Service Managers nec" to join their team.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Plan, organise and control the day-to-day operations of the business
Recruit, train, roster and supervise staff to ensure adequate coverage and service standards-
Monitor and manage budgets, including labour costs, stock control and expenditure
Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and customer experience
Ensure compliance with WHS, licensing, food safety (if applicable) and other regulatory requirements
Liaise with suppliers, contractors and other stakeholders




Handle customer complaints and resolve operational issues
Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet business targets
Prepare reports on operational performance for senior management/owners
Ensure the presentation and maintenance of the premises meets required standards
Key Selection Criteria
Relevant qualification in business, hospitality management or a related field (or equivalent industry experience)
Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within a hospitality/retail/service environment
Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
Sound financial and budget management skills
Ability to work flexible schedule including evenings/weekends as required
