We're currently seeking an experienced Warehouse Forklift Operator & Pick Packer to join our Chemicals division in Laverton North.

What You'll Be Doing
As part of a high-performing warehouse team, you'll play a key role in ensuring products are accurately received, stored, picked and dispatched while maintaining the highest safety standards.
Your responsibilities will include:
Picking, packing and dispatching customer orders accurately and efficiently
Loading and unloading trucks and containers using forklifts and warehouse equipment
Completing stock put-away, replenishment and inventory movements using RF scanners
Processing inbound and outbound freight
Conducting cycle counts and assisting with stocktakes
Preparing and managing freight and shipping documentation
Maintaining a clean, organised and safe warehouse environment
Working closely with warehouse, inventory and dispatch teams to achieve daily operational targets
What You'll Bring
To be successful in this role, you'll have:
Minimum5 years' forklift operating experience
Minimum5 years' experience in a 3PL warehouse environment
Reach forklift experience (highly desirable)
Experience usingRF scannersandWarehouse Management Systems (WMS)




Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude
A demonstrated commitment to workplace health, safety and compliance
