The Role:
As a Trainee Service Advisor, you will be a key part of the customer service experience, helping to ensure the smooth operation of our service department.
You will assist in the day-to-day responsibilities of managing customer service inquiries, scheduling repairs, supporting the service advisor team and liaising between customers and our workshop technicians.
You will receive on-the-job training and support to help you grow into a knowledgeable and efficient Service Advisor.
The position is full time working Monday to Friday only.
Key Responsibilities:




Greet customers and assist them with their service needs
Schedule appointments for vehicle maintenance and repairs
Provide clear and accurate information regarding services, prices, and any necessary repairs
Liaise with technicians and other team members to ensure the timely completion of customer repairs
Maintain accurate service records and follow up with customers regarding their vehicle's status
Assist in managing customer complaints and ensure resolution in a professional manner
Continuously learn about vehicles and the latest technologies
About You:
A passion for the automotive industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A customer-focused approach with a strong desire to help others
Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced workplace
A team player who works well with others but can also take initiative
Previous experience in customer service or the automotive industry is a plus but not required
A willingness to learn and grow within the role
