Position Overview
The Project Manager's role is to ensure Right Angle clients receive deliverables in spec, on time, and within budget.
As a creative problem solver, you act as both a bridge (facilitating clear communication) and a barrier (protecting the team's focus).
You are the primary contact for relationship management and project details, escalating resourcing or budget issues to the Head of Operations as needed.
Key Responsibilities
Project & Account Management
Lead end-to-end project delivery against quality, timing, and budget metrics




Nurture client relationships and manage expectations to support long-term growth
Coordinate meeting logistics, including agendas, minutes, and action tracking
Oversee project finance (POs, invoices) and ensure administrative compliance
Maintain meticulous project documentation and cloud-based filing systems
Operations & Resourcing
Direct team priority tasks and keep project pathways up to date
Support sales pipeline meetings and billings forecasting
Anticipate resourcing needs and identify team capacity trends
Monitor work quality against company standards and shared best practices
Assist with Sydney studio functionality and general office administration
Brand & Business Development
Represent Right Angle's purpose and services to clients and partners
Support leadership in scoping and pricing new business proposals
Contribute to initiatives that build the company's market profile
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
1. Project Management Quality
End-of-project reports confirm projects are delivered in spec, on time, and within budget with minimal internal revisions.
2. Account Growth
Identifying and securing upsell opportunities, contributing to a minimum of one lead/upsell per quarter.
3. Job Profitability
Consistent review of profitability reports with accurate rationale provided for any budget variances.
Consistently hitting the minimum target of 5 billable hours per day worked, escalating as required.
