Loss Adjusters play a critical role when people experience unexpected events such as storms, floods, fires, accidents, or property damage.
They work closely with policyholders, insurers, and tradespeople to assess damage, investigate claims, and help customers navigate what can often be a challenging time.
It is a career that combines problem-solving, relationship building, investigation, and field work, with no two days ever being the same.

Supporting clients and stakeholders throughout the claims process
Assisting the team with reports and general administrative tasks
Managing inboxes and diaries
Coordinating information between customers, insurers, and suppliers

About You
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Robust communication skills, both written and verbal
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Comfortable using Microsoft Office
Team-oriented with a customer-focused approach
Curious, proactive, and eager to build a long-term career
No prior insurance or claims experience required
What We Are Looking For
Previous administration, retail, hospitality, customer service, or office experience is beneficial but not essential
Recent TAFE, diploma, or university graduates encouraged to apply
A proactive, can-do attitude
Desire to learn, grow, and develop new skills
