We are currently seekingCasual Support Workersto support clients in their own homes and local communities across nearby suburbs.
This role sits within ourQueensland Community Support Scheme (QCSS)program, which deliverslow-intensity, person-centred supportsto help individuals maintain independence, strengthen community connections, and continue living safely in their own homes.

About the Role
In line with QCSS objectives, you will providelow-intensity, non-clinical supportsthat promote independence and well-being.
Your responsibilities will include:
Empowering clients tomaintain independence and achieve personal goals
Providingdomestic assistance, including cleaning, laundry,
and meal preparation
Supportingsocial and community participationthrough companionship and outings
Assisting withpersonal care and daily routinesas required
Transporting clients safely and assisting with errands using your own vehicle
Working independently while buildingrespectful, trusting relationships that uphold dignity, choice, and privacy
What You Will Bring:
Strong communication skills and the ability to support and motivate clients toward independence
A genuine passion for supporting others with acaring, reliable, and compassionate approach
Understanding ofperson-centred and strengths-based support, consistent with QCSS principles
Experience in Hospitaility, Cleaning or Customer Service.
Currently enrolled in, or completion of, aCertificate III or higherin:
Ability to work autonomously and responsibly in a community-based setting
Essential Requirements
Australian working rights
Current Australian Open driver's licence
Queensland motor vehicle registration
Willing to Obtain
First Aid Statement of Attainment
CPR Statement of Attainment
NDIS Worker Screening Check
Blue Card
Australian Criminal History Check (issued within the last 6 months)

Additional information
Salary packaging up to $18,550 per annum, increasing take-home pay
