Remuneration:$133,603- $143,125perannum
In this roleyou will enhance community safety by delivery of expertservicessupporting QCS management of high harm/complex needsoffenders.
The PrincipalPractitioner will conduct and lead a wide range of forensicassessments,reports and interventions, case formulation, evidence basedintervention,advice on operational case management and the provision of expertadvicefor offendersdeemedas high harm/complex needs.
The PrincipalPractitionerwill support,mentorand supervise seniorpractitioners in their qualified andoperational development within SCSandQCS as a whole.
The role engages with a
range of keystakeholders, including the Parole Board Queensland, QCSExecutiveManagement, Correctional Centres, Probation and Parole DistrictOffices,Queensland Health and external allied health professionals.
Therole also includesthe provision of peer coaching, mentoring, andprofessional development andtraining throughout the Agency.
