About the Role:
If you're someone who enjoys being hands-on, working with big gear, and being part of a fast-moving operation, this is your kind of role.
You'll be right in the thick of our import and export operations, operating a range of counterbalance forklifts (2.5T right through to 16T) and handling everything from timber lengths to aluminium coils, with no two days that look the same.
This is a Monday to Friday role with an early start, early finish (5:00am - 1:30pm), giving you your afternoons back.
You'll be part of a team that works hard, looks out for each other, prioritises safety, and contributes to a workplace people genuinely enjoy being part of.
What you'll be doing:
Loading and unloading trucks and shipping containers for import and export
Operating a variety of counterbalance forklifts (2.5T to 16T)
Handling oversized and unique freight like timber lengths and aluminium coils
Moving, staging, and organising stock across the warehouse and yard
Completing paperwork for goods receipting and despatch
Supporting stocktakes and jumping in on ad hoc tasks when needed
What you'll bring:
A valid forklift licence with at least 12 months' counterbalance experience
Confidence working with containers, trucks, and load restraints
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
A reliable, get-it-done attitude and team-first mindset
A genuine commitment to safety and doing things the right way
Experience in import/export or quick-paced warehousing environments - highly regarded
