We're currently working with a busy civil contractor that's picking up more work across Sydney and is looking to bring on an experiencedSite Supervisor / Foreman.
This is a hands‐on role where you'll be running day-to-day site operations, managing crews and subcontractors, and making sure projects are delivered safely and on schedule.
The Role
Manage day-to-day site activities
Coordinate crews, subcontractors, plant and materials
Work closely with the Project Manager and Site Engineers
Run toolbox talks and maintain site safety
Keep projects moving to programme
Ensure work is completed to a high standard
What we're looking for
Previous experience as a Civil Foreman or Site Supervisor
Strong background in civil construction
Able to lead teams and communicate well on site
Good understanding of WHS requirements
Current driver's licence and relevant tickets
Projects include
Bulk earthworks
Road upgrades
Subdivisions
Stormwater and drainage
Utilities
Concrete works
