About Homemods
Homemods is a leading home modifications and maintenance provider dedicated to helping older Australians, people living with disability, and private clients remain safe, independent and comfortable in their own homes.
We work closely with Occupational Therapists, Home Care Package providers, NDIS participants and private customers to deliver high-quality home modifications and maintenance services across the Sydney Metropolitan area and the Australian Capital Territory (ACT).
We are seeking an organised, proactive and customer-focusedSchedulerto join our team in Ingleburn.
Reporting to theCustomer Care Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring our installers and tradespeople are scheduled efficiently while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
About the Role
As Scheduler, you will be responsible for coordinating daily and future work schedules across Sydney and the ACT.
You will work closely with customers, Occupational Therapists, Home Care Package providers, NDIS coordinators, suppliers and our field teams to ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently and on time.
This is a fast-paced role that requires exceptional organisation, communication and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
Schedule and coordinate daily work for installers and tradespeople across Sydney and the ACT.
Optimise schedules to maximise productivity while minimising down time.
Liaise with customers regarding appointments and scheduling changes.
Coordinate with Occupational Therapists, Home Care Package providers, NDIS support coordinators and private clients.




Monitor job progress and adjust schedules when required.
Allocate urgent and priority work appropriately.
Ensure materials, equipment and documentation are available before scheduled works.
Maintain accurate scheduling records.
Communicate effectively with field staff throughout the day.
Assist in resolving scheduling conflicts and customer enquiries.
Support the Customer Care Manager & the Operations Team with operational planning and workflow management.
About You
You are calm under pressure, highly organised and enjoy coordinating multiple moving parts while delivering exceptional customer service.
You will ideally have:
Previous experience in scheduling, dispatch, workforce planning or logistics.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
The ability to prioritise competing tasks.
High attention to detail.
Robust computer skills and confidence using scheduling or job management software.
A positive, solutions-focused attitude.
The ability to work collaboratively within a busy office environment.
Experience within aged care, disability services, maintenance, construction, trade services or healthcare is highly regarded but not essential.
