What you'll be doing
Execute national VM campaigns across all store formats
Create engaging VM guides, briefs and training resources
Merchandise new season collections and campaign photography
Support new store openings, refits and relocations
Analyse sales performance to identify VM opportunities
Partner with Retail, Marketing, Planning and Property teams
Travel interstate to support stores and VM teams when required
Maintain brand consistency across every customer touchpoint
Support development of VM standards and best practice
What we're looking for
Previous Visual Merchandising experience within fashion retail
Robust styling and commercial merchandising skills
Excellent Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office skills
