Our capers community is growing so we are seeking experienced Diploma Qualified Educators, who bring warmth, creativity, and a genuine love for early learning to join our nurturing team.
As part of our team, you will:
Facilitate learning experiences that are engaging, and child focused.
Evaluate effectiveness of different programs
Foster respectful, secure relationships with children and build trusting partnerships with families.
Lead, inspire, and mentor a small team of educators in delivering high-quality, child driven play.
Embed sustainability and environmental responsibility into your everyday practice.
Create a friendly, secure, and stimulating learning workplace
Assist children with personal hygiene routines
Requirements:
A Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent).
A deep respect for children's agency and curiosity.
Strong leadership, communication,



and collaboration skills.
Knowledge of EYLF, NQS, and child development.
Current WWCC, First Aid, CPR, and Asthma/Anaphylaxis training.
All required certifications must be current and valid at the time of application.
