Key Responsibilities
Search online for company, product, service, industry, and competitor information
Review websites, business listings, product pages, and public information
Confirm whether business details, names, links, dates, and contact information are current
Enter basic information into online forms, spreadsheets, templates, or tracking documents
Organize simple research findings using provided instructions
Assist with customer feedback, market research, and promotional project tasks
Review advertisements, websites, offers, product pages or business profiles
Record observations, opinions, preferences, and reactions in a clear format
Help update project lists, research notes, and marketing support documents




Check completed work for accuracy before submitting
Follow written directions and complete assigned tasks on schedule
Requirements
Reliable computer or laptop
Stable internet connection
Comfort using web browsers, Google Search, email, online forms, and basic online tools
Ability to read and follow written instructions carefully
Strong attention to detail
