You'll work across a broad range of family law matters with a healthy mix of parenting and property disputes, with property matters currently forming the larger portion of the practice. The role offers excellent variety and the opportunity to become involved in matters from commencement through to resolution.
You'll be encouraged to take ownership of your files while having direct access to guidance and support from an exceptional mentor whenever required.
You will ideally have:
Approximately 2-3 years' post admission experience in Family Law
Exposure to both parenting and property matters




Litigation experience, or a genuine interest in developing your advocacy and litigation skills
Strong communication and client relationship skills
The confidence to take initiative while working collaboratively within a supportive team
A desire to continue learning and developing under experienced practitioners
