Account Manager
to join our team of 3 in our Melbourne showroom. In this role, you will be pivotal in providing top-notch administration, marketing support, and exceptional service to our valued local customers.
The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, personable, and ideally have a background in sales, business development, fashion retail. Fashion and Textiles students also welcome to apply.
Please note that this is an in-office position, and remote work is not an option.

What you'll be doing:
Support the Office Manager with back of office, order entry and logistics
Visit our customers in Melbourne to update their collections
Develop and maintain excellent customer relationships to initiate business opportunities
Market research and data analysis
Report daily to the Managing Director
Produce a written weekly report and extract monthly sales data
Assist customers with their online and offline communication using material produced by the Marketing Department in Paris.
Assist retailers looking for specific fabric designs and recommend options to them.
What do you need?
Effective communication, presentation and relationship building skills
Great customer service skills
Computer literate (Microsoft, MYOB a plus)
Attention to detail
Driven and motivated personality
Fashion / textile experience advantageous
