About the role
As a clinician working within Specsavers Audiology, you'll focus on delivering personalised hearing care through comprehensive assessments, fittings, and ongoing support. Reporting to the Audiology Partner, you'll benefit from ongoing clinical support and professional development, while thriving in a fast-paced environment that values initiative, autonomy, and strong relationships with our in-store retail teams.
In this role, you'll be based at our
Mount Ommaney
store, offering consistency and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by expanding access to quality hearing care within the local community.
You'll work alongside an experienced store partner and a supportive retail team, with a
part-time roster of 2 days
per week, designed to support a robust work-life balance.
The preferred schedule includes one weekday and one Saturday each week. Alternatively, you may opt for a rotating roster with
alternating Saturdays
and a Thursday/Friday weekday. Weekday availability is flexible and open to discussion.

Skills & Experience
In addition to your
Qualified Practitioner
number, the successful candidate will possess;
Solid clinical background with experience in adult rehabilitation including hearing aids
Strong administrative skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Patient centric approach, demonstrating empathy and delivering compassionate hearing care
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team
Commitment towards continuous growth and career development
