Reporting to the Area Manager, you will be responsible for inspiring and developing a talented sales team while driving the store's overall performance in a premium fashionenvironment.
We are looking for a commercially driven and proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment, with a strong focus on delivering results and exceptional customer experiences.
What you can expect:
Drive store performance through strong commercial decision‐making and sales analysis
Monitor KPIs and identify opportunities to maximise sales, productivity, and profitability




Create memorable and authentic customer experiences
Maintain exceptional inventory standards through proactive stock control and organisation
Elevate the customer experience by maintaining high-impact visual standards
Your profile:
Proven track record of driving and exceeding sales targets in a energetic, fast‐paced environment
Strong operational management expertise combined with people leadership skills.
Experienced in motivating, coaching, and leading teams to consistently achieve sales goals and KPIs.
Skilled in cultivating and maintaining a dedicated VIP client base.
Passionate about fashion with a keen interest in building a retail management career in the premium fashion industry
