Business Systems Support Officer
to support our Health, Safety, Environment & Quality systems.
Reporting to the HSEQ Systems Manager, you will:
Support HSEQ systems and protected work procedures
Assist with audits, site visits, and incident reporting
Maintain contractor compliance and staff licence records
Prepare documents, inductions, and communications
Provide support across all operational areas
What You'll Need
QLD Construction Card (White Card)
Excellent skills in administration, organisation, communication, and customer service
Proficiency in Microsoft Office in particular Excel, Word and Outlook essential
Manual driver's licence
The ability to interpret technical documents and manuals, legislation and training documents
