Accounts Receivable Officer
to join our GJK Finance & Commercial Team based in
Collingwood, VIC
.
This is a fast-paced, high-volume role where accuracy, problem-solving, and attention to detail are critical. You'll play a key part in ensuring contract data is maintained and billing is delivered accurately and on time
Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality customer service to clients and internal stakeholders




Process contract variations accurately and within required timeframes
Maintain and update contract data to ensure accurate monthly billing
Generate and distribute invoices in line with billing schedules
Raise purchase orders and ad-hoc invoices as required
Assist with debtor management and collections
Review and analyse data to ensure billing accuracy
About You
Minimum
3 years' experience
in an Accounts Receivable role
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high volumes of work
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Proficient in
Microsoft Office (particularly Excel)
Experience using ERP systems (highly regarded)
Ability to work both autonomously and within a team
A tertiary qualification in Accounting or Finance (desirable)
