Bring the Heat
The Role:
We are on the lookout for enthusiastic
Cooks
to join our team in a Full-Time capacity at Brisbane Airport at Bellissimo Coffee!
What You'll Do:
Cooking and serving of customer meals to order (Western casual cuisine experience a big bonus)
Daily food preparation, plating & packing orders
Cleaning and maintenance of cooking and food preparation areas
Setup or shutdown of kitchen
Assistance with daily stock take and rotation of stock
General kitchen duties where required
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in a busy kitchen or food service environment
Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and WHS practices with a current food safety certificate
Flexibility to work a rotating roster (early mornings, late nights & weekends)
Valid working rights & ability to obtain an Aviation Security ID Card
