full-time role
, starting with a 3-month probation period to settle in, with
ongoing permanent employment
for the right candidate.

Who We're Looking For
Young, fit & healthy with a strong work ethic and a genuine
can-do attitude
Reliable and punctual,
with a driver's licence and own vehicle
(future company car & fuel card available for the right person)
Australian citizenship required for this position




Provisional driver's licence minimum required
Previous building industry experience (tradesman, labourer or apprentice) preferred but not essential —
attitude matters more than experience
What You'll Be Doing
Demolishing and replacing existing house piers
Excavating footings and pouring concrete
Propping and levelling houses
General hands-on construction work
Full training provided — learn specialised skills that set you apart in the industry
