The Opportunity
Reporting into a Senior Commercial Finance Manager, you will play a key role in partnering with senior stakeholders to drive business performance, support strategic decision-making and identify opportunities for growth.
This is a highly visible role that will see you working closely with commercial leaders, providing the insights and recommendations that influence key business decisions.

Key Responsibilities




Partner with senior stakeholders to support strategic and commercial decision-making
Own budgeting, forecasting and monthly performance reporting processes
Deliver insightful financial and operational analysis to support business growth
Build financial models and business cases to evaluate opportunities and investments
Identify key risks, opportunities and emerging trends across the business
Analyse and explain performance against budget and forecast
Drive process improvement initiatives and enhance reporting capability
Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership
About You
You are a commercially minded finance professional who enjoys partnering with stakeholders, influencing decisions and helping businesses perform at their best.
You combine strong technical capability with excellent communication skills and have the confidence to challenge, influence and build credibility with senior leaders.
Most importantly, you're ambitious. You're looking for a role that will stretch you, accelerate your development and provide a genuine pathway into leadership.
To be successful, you will bring:
CA or CPA qualification
Experience in Commercial Finance, FP&A; or Finance Business Partnering
Strong financial modelling and analytical capability
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
A proactive and solutions-focused mindset
Strong commercial acumen and business partnering capability
The ambition and potential to step into a leadership role in the near future
