BUILT REAL PTY LTD BUILT REAL PTY LTD is seeking an experienced Carpenter to join our team in Gladesville NSW. The role involves constructing, installing, repairing and maintaining structures and fixtures made from timber, plywood, wallboard and other materials. The successful applicant will read plans and specifications, measure and cut materials, assemble frameworks, install fittings, and ensure all work is completed safely, accurately and to a high standard.

Measure, cut, shape and assemble timber, plywood, wallboard and other materials.
Construct, install and repair frameworks, walls, floors, roof structures and other building components. Install doors, windows, skirting boards, architraves, fittings and fixtures. Use hand tools, power tools and carpentry equipment safely and effectively.
Carry out formwork, framing, finishing and general carpentry duties as required. Inspect completed work to ensure accuracy, quality and compliance with specifications. Repair and maintain existing structures and fixtures.
Follow workplace health and safety procedures at all times. Maintain tools,



equipment and work areas in a clean, safe and organised condition. Work cooperatively with supervisors, tradespeople, contractors and other team members.
Complete assigned tasks within project timeframes and quality standards. Qualification & experience Certificate III in Carpentry, Construction or a related discipline is required. Minimum 1 year of proven experience in a fast-paced and quality-driven construction workplace.
Passionate about carpentry and delivering high-quality workmanship. Punctual, reliable and hard-working. Enthusiastic and willing to learn.
Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure to meet project deadlines. Excellent communication, organisational and time management skills. Team player with a positive attitude and a strong commitment to teamwork.
