Maternity Leave Position (3 - 5 days p/w) mid-August onwards
We have a fantastic chance in our award-winning Editorial team! We're looking for a journalist/writer to help us in a temporary position while one of our team is on maternity leave.
This exciting position involves being part of our editorial team to help write and organise editorial for each weekly edition of The Adviser including online articles and special features and publications.
Sourcing and creating compelling content that is consumer relevant across print and digital platforms
Work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Help engage our readers in print and online
Generate great local general news content across a variety of fields of community interest
Digital,



online and social media experience highly regarded
Photography skills/experience and/or an interest in photography is an advantage.
If you are a can-do community-minded person, are passionate about writing, and you have excellent communication, organisational and time management skills, we'd love to meet and have a chat about this wonderful role.
