We're partnering with one of the World's fastest agentic AI start-ups to hire for their first APAC based Strategic Account Director to join a small Global team focusing on the top ***** accounts Globally. Their AI-native workspace lets professionals move faster, think more clearly, and operate with sharper precision. By analysing thousands of documents in minutes and powering end-to-end workflows, they cut through complexity so teams can focus on what matters: judgment, strategy, and outcomes.
What You'll Do
You will be at the centre of APAC's go-to-market engine — with direct, measurable accountability for pipeline and revenue. This is not a supporting role. You own outcomes: building the strategy, running the plays, and driving the numbers.
Own end-to-end GTM initiatives with direct pipeline and revenue targets across key strategic accounts across APAC.
Expand existing global relationships into APAC.
Around 20% new-logo acquisition and 80% account expansion within identified key accounts.
Lead complex, multi-stakeholder deals to lay the foundation for long-term account growth through strong deal shaping,



collaboration & execution.
Navigate both technical and commercial conversations.
Turn product capabilities into sharp, differentiated positioning that lands with senior decision-makers and enterprise buyers.
Identify the highest-value use cases and build targeted campaigns and plays with a transparent line of sight to commercial outcomes.
Own pipeline, conversion, and win-rate data. Diagnose what's broken, fix it, and show the impact.
About You:
Seasoned salesperson with experience selling into Enterprise Accounts across APAC.
Proven success working with autonomy and building pipeline.
Managed complex enterprise accounts and built credibility quickly.
Launched a new region, opened an office or joined a scale-up early.
Strong commercial drive and a genuine hunger to sell.
Previous legal or legal technology experience is a nice to have.
Comfortable with regular travel across APAC.
This role is a full time office based position.
