The Opportunity
You'll manage a well-maintained commercial portfolio with the support of an experienced team and dedicated administration. Your responsibilities will include:
Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants
Coordinating maintenance and contractor management
Conducting routine property inspections
Managing lease renewals, rent reviews and lease administration
Monitoring arrears and ensuring compliance
Assisting with outgoings, budgets and reconciliations
Delivering exceptional service to your clients
What We're Looking For
Ideally, you'll have:
Experience in residential or commercial property management
A current Real Estate Registration Certificate or Licence
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Excellent organisational and time management abilitiesA proactive,

Confidence managing competing priorities
A genuine desire to build a career in commercial real estate
