About The Role
As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high‐quality, person‐centred nursing care that promotes positive outcomes for residents, while adhering to Arcare's values, policies, and professional clinical standards.
Clinical care: Deliver high‐quality nursing care, including health assessments, monitoring vital signs, and medication management.
Wound management: Assess, treat,



and manage wounds while preventing infection.
Care planning: Develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to residents' needs.
Assessment & documentation: Maintain accurate clinical records and document changes using eCase.
Pain management: Identify and address pain concerns using appropriate strategies.
Emergency response: Respond effectively to medical emergencies.
End‐of‐life care: Provide compassionate palliative and end‐of‐life support.
What We're Looking For
Current AHPRA Registration (essential).
Sound knowledge of Aged Care Accreditation Standards.
Adaptable, passionate, and eager to learn.
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
Friendly, skilled, and effective communication abilities.
