Duties
In this role you will advise clients across a broad range of property matters, including:
Drafting and negotiating contracts of sale
Acquisitions and disposals
Major property development projects
Commercial leasing and landlord and tenant matters




Development and joint venture agreements
Property due diligence
Skills & experience
Ideally, you will have:
6+ years' PAE
in property law
Strong technical, drafting and negotiation skills
Experience across commercial property transactions, developments and leasing
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
The confidence to communicate directly with clients
The ability to manage matters with autonomy
An ambitious, professional and collaborative approach
