As a Repairs & Maintenance Specialist, you'll be the go‐to person for coordinating end-to-end maintenance tasks, liaising with contractors, and ensuring our customers receive timely, high-quality service. What You'll Be Doing
Like a Maestro Orchestrating Harmony, You Will
Manage and control work orders and quote requests from start to finish
Source, compile, and follow up contractor quotes within set timeframes
Issue and monitor work orders, ensuring urgent requests are handled promptly
Review quotes for accuracy, quality, and cost-effectiveness




Maintain scheduled works and periodic maintenance tasks
Communicate professionally with contractors, customers, and on-site contacts
Build strong relationships with contractors and understand our building network
Arrange compliance reports and annual inspections
Keep systems updated and ensure all communications are centrally recorded
Respond to calls and emails with speed and care
What You'll Bring
Experience in property maintenance or strata industry (highly desired)
Certificate of Registration (if based in NSW)
Strong analytical and time management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, and Dynamics
Ability to read plans of subdivisions
Customer-focused mindset with excellent communication skills
High attention to detail and a hands‐on approach
