Are you an experienced Site Supervisor who thrives in a fast-paced residential construction environment? We're looking for a proactive and driven professional to oversee site operations, manage subcontractors, and deliver high-quality projects safely, on time, and within budget.
The Role
As a Site Supervisor, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day coordination of construction activities, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently while maintaining exceptional quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage subcontractors in accordance with the construction programme, ensuring trades are scheduled in the correct sequence.
Allocate tasks and supervise internal trades to ensure works are completed to specification and programme.
Complete Inspection Test Plans (ITPs), ensuring all works comply with project scope, design requirements, and manufacturer specifications.
Work closely with the Project Manager to maintain site progress and achieve programme milestones.
Assist the Project Manager with subcontractor management, ensuring works remain within budget while maintaining productivity and quality.
Proactively monitor defects, coordinate rectification with subcontractors, and carry out daily site inspections to maintain a high standard of workmanship.
Drive project momentum by ensuring works progress efficiently and deadlines are consistently met.

About You
5-10 years' experience as a Site Supervisor within residential construction.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and confident decision-making.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple trades and competing priorities.
Solid understanding of construction programmes, quality assurance, and defect management.
Committed to delivering projects safely, on time, and to the highest standard.
