You will maintain training records, conduct VOC activities, and ensure staff meet legislative and organisational requirements, working with field teams and external providers.
Ideally you hold a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE) and bring solid communication, organisation, and a proactive coaching style to build workforce capability and safety
