What's on Offer?
Work with a market-leading Australian memorabilia and collectables business
Permanent role within a supportive, close-knit team
Work 36 hours and be paid for 38 hours during off peak - Monday to Thursday, 6:30am-4:00pm
Friday shifts during peak periods, plus occasional Saturdays with OT rates
An additional 4 days of annual leave each year
Full training provided - framing experience is not essential but a huge bonus

About the Role
Reporting to the Manufacturing Manager, you will assist in the production of premium framed and boxed memorabilia products.



This is a hands-on manufacturing role suited to someone with good manual dexterity, a strong eye for detail and pride in producing quality work.
Key Responsibilities
Fit and assemble frames
Operate matboard and box-cutting machinery
Mount prints and matboard to backing materials
Assemble boxed collectable products
Use small hand and power tools, including drills and glue guns
Pack completed products for dispatch
Maintain a clean, organised and safe work area
Work to production deadlines while maintaining a high standard of quality
About You
To be successful, you will ideally have:
Strong manual dexterity and confidence working with your hands
Experience using small hand or power tools such as drills, glue guns or similar equipment
Excellent attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work
Good time management skills and the ability to work to deadlines
A reliable, positive and team-focused attitude
Previous experience in framing, assembly, manufacturing or production will be highly regarded, but is not essential
